Explore, Preserve & Express – There is a general misconception that all Thai food is supposed to be a balance between sweet, sour, salty & spicy. Travelling across the far corners of Thailand, we discovered regional Thai dishes where some flavours took precedence over others.Our menu preserves the old traditions of Thai dining by making our own curry pastes and noodles but we also explore techniques and ingredients of other Asian cuisines to express creativity and pushing the boundaries of Thai cuisine.
