There is a general misconception that all Thai food is supposed to be a perfect balance of sweet, sour, salty, spicy. That is far from true if you travel to the far corners of the country where some flavours take precedence over others. This is something we have tried to showcase through our menu.

It is all about regional Thai flavours, cooked with Thai and beyond-Thai techniques & ingredients — Thai & somewhat Thai, as we like to call it.
